Wow... Im unfit!















Started off with bag work 20 mins (I suck!)
Then did some light skipping and 3 sets of 10 dumbells 15kg each hand

Finally did a little shin conditioning. Great fun!

Thurs will be Sit ups, Press ups and dips.

Well it is a new year and time for me to get back into fighting shape. This blog will detail a monthly benchmark and then training schedule with results.

It will focus on Bag / weight work and full contact training.
